McLaren Bay Uptown Primary Care has a very professional, friendly, and caring staff. Physical therapists are very nice and work at the patient's level of pain. The providers are excellent, listen carefully, and care about figuring out how to get patients better. Patients are always seen within 5 minutes of their appointment time. The front desk staff is always very pleasant, helpful, and greets patients with a smile. The medical assistants are so helpful. From beginning to end, patients are taken very good care of. It is a great experience with a very caring and professional team. Highly recommended.
Dr. Lieber is excellent. She listens carefully to what you have to say. She doesn't make you feel like she's just in a rush to get you in and out. She cares about figuring out how to get you better. Front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful as well.
Always in within 5 minutes of my appointment time, the staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

Very professional, friendly and caring of their patients! Never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. From the minute you walk in the office you are greeted by the receptionist with a smile . The Doctors are very caring and listen to you....the medical assistants (Asleigh) are so helpful, even if you message or call them several times in one day. When it's time to check out everyone is so kind and professional. From beginning till the end of your appointment you are taking very good care of .
