At Great Lakes Bay Health Centers, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. We put that belief into action at our health centers throughout Michigan. Nobody will be turned away based on their ability to pay. Overseen by a non-profit board that includes both community leaders and patients, each of our locations is a federally qualified community health center that strives to serve people from all backgrounds. Patients have had great experiences at the Bayside location. The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all health questions. One provider, McKenzie, is especially praised for taking the time with patients, being super knowledgeable, and educating them. Patients feel they can trust McKenzie and don't feel judged. Another provider, Kristen Armstrong, was credited with saving a patient's life by recognizing their symptoms and referring them to a cardiologist.
Highly recommend. Had an exam and teeth cleaned. Very pleased. All around great experience and the price is quite reasonable especially compared to what other dental clinics are charging. I will return for all my dental needs.
I usually don't have a problem with this place I have always had great experience here and love my daughter's doctor but i scheduled my daughter an appointment in-between my shifts first off she couldn't see her regulate doctor i guess she had to see someone else we got to her appointment on time a little early actually and we still had to sit in the waiting room for like 30 45 minutes after her appointment time I get appointments run a little over so I could see being 5 10 minutes behind schedule but 30 45 minutes behind is crazy I even went up to the window and asked her how much longer it was going to be I had to get back to work then we get back in a room to see the...read full review
