At Great Lakes Bay Health Centers, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. We put that belief into action at our health centers throughout Michigan. Nobody will be turned away based on their ability to pay. Overseen by a non-profit board that includes both community leaders and patients, each of our locations is a federally qualified community health center that strives to serve people from all backgrounds. Patients have had great experiences at the Bayside location. The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all health questions. One provider, McKenzie, is especially praised for taking the time with patients, being super knowledgeable, and educating them. Patients feel they can trust McKenzie and don't feel judged. Another provider, Kristen Armstrong, was credited with saving a patient's life by recognizing their symptoms and referring them to a cardiologist.
All my appointments at Bayside have been great.I love all the Doctors I've had.everyone is friendly and helpful with all my health questions.I would definetly recommend them to my friends and family.
McKenzie is AMAZING! She takes time with patients and is super knowledgeable plus educates her patients! Please, don’t look further - but please don’t schedule on my days because… gosh - she is SO amazing and I don’t want anyone to steal my spot! It is SO difficult to find a provider you can trust and one that you don’t feel judges you; I was overly satisfied with McKenzie’s care and passion for my health! Future NPs - be like McKenzie - we NEED clones of her!!! I’ve already recommended friends and family!!!
Always very prompt. Entire staff is professional and polite. We saw Brent and he is an excellent practitioner! He listens and discusses options when providing care. He is professional and kind. We enjoy our visits here.
