Excellent experience. I received same day service by a skilled service technician who came fully equipped equipped with well maintained tools for the job. The task of cleaning roots and mud blockage from my sump pump discharge tile run was completed efficiently and to my full satisfaction.

I had a different company come out to snake, jet, and camera my backed up sewer line. They told me it was broken and needed to be replaced, and quoted me over $13,000 to do it AND charged me over $1,000 to do the cleaning! I called Dependable to get a second opinion and they charged me $330 for the cleaning and told me there was nothing wrong with my sewer, saving me thousands and thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend them more, they were amazing, quick, and professional and I will be using them again for yearly sewer cleanings!
