couldn't be more pleased with our experience with BTE. Everyone was friendly and professional, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up afterward. They answered our questions and made sure we knew everything necessary before they left. I would definitely recommend BTE.
I had an emergency furnace power issue. I was able to have a tech come out and resolve the issue with only a few hours notice to get my heat back on. The tech was awesome to work with, very polite and knowledgeable. I will 100% use BTE-BC again and have been recommending them since.
