Justis made the entire selling process seamless from start to finish. Her knowledge, communication, and professionalism were top-notch. We actually went on vacation the day our home hit the market, and by the time we landed, we already had two offers. Signing anything the second you meet someone is a real stupid idea. Maybe build in a conversation about NAR documents so your agent doesn't stop your CUSTOMERS in the doorway telling them to sign a random document or they cant see the property. Comical.

Just closed on our wonderful home and couldn’t recommend Ryan Valderas enough! He was recommended to us by a friend and I’m beyond happy that he was. We were constantly blown away by Ryan’s knowledge, responsiveness and just all around attentiveness throughout the process of buying our home and relocating from out-of-state.
