Don is a great plumber, he does the job with a good attitude, he knows what he is doing, he handles the situation with one step at a time. I think his years of experience and knowledge shows. Overall, I recommend his service because he is talented and cares about the customer.

A leaky pipe in the basement caused me a headache for 3 days. Thinking I could fix it myself with Flex Seal that failed miserably. How that stuff can possibly keep a boat from sinking is beyond me ( see their commercial ). Anyway, after removing approximately 150 gallons of water on the floor, I called Alert Plumbing. Donald answered and was at my house almost immediately . He was so nice and professional. The problem was fixed in 30 mins. and the basement floor is now dry and the cleanest it's been in years. If you want an extremely honest old school, no nonsense guy, then call Alert.

Had a very slow drain in the kitchen. Despite my efforts, there was no improvement. Time to call a plumber! I called Alert Sewer and within 90 minutes, he arrived. It took less than 30 minutes to diagnose and resolve the issue. Prompt, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced! I won’t hesitate to call Alert when other issues develop (and they will ?)! If you need plumbing services, give them a call.
