I have worked with the people at Tichenor for over 15 years. They put a new roof on my house, repaired the fire box in my chimney, and most recently replaced siding on my house that was damaged from lawn equipment. Tichenor did a marvelous job on my roofing project. After we agreed to proceed with the project they ordered, delivered and commenced the work within two weeks! There crew was very skilled in tackling our very steep and challenging roof. The crew was large and most efficient and they completed their work within a day and a half including the detached garage. The quality of both the product (Malarkey Vista) and workmanship was excellent. They also installed a high quality TPO flat roof over our sunroom and performed various storm related repairs. The work crew was remarkable and worked tirelessly through the heat and rain. Clean up was pristine! Looking forward to having my roof replaced this fall in Kalamazoo.
