I really love Sims! Not only are they rock stars, but they make me look like a rock star!
We have one of those big ole generators, that shines that obnoxious bright orange light every January to remind you to have its yearly inspection. Now in a perfect world, you’d think I’d remember to do that. But I don’t. But you can bet that bright orange light reminds my husband to remind me that I forgot to call (again).
But every year like clockwork Sims calls me! The nice gentleman tells me he’s in the neighborhood, and it’s time for my inspection! He pops by, checks under the hood, and I get to look like I did something productive... read full review

Ohhh my goodness!!! Kudos to Brandon and Brian who just left my house after doing an AMAZING thorough job for us!!! They did two bathroom ceiling fan/lights, three outlets and tested other outlets for us as well as looked at another issue for us to make sure it was good. They were on time, got right to work and we're very thorough in their work! I have complete faith in Simms and they will always keep my business. This was a complete stress free experience today. Perfect example of excellent customer service! Give these two a raise! Thanks again!

We recently lost power to our home because of a bad electrical panel. It happened to be extremely cold during this time and we were worried about our pipes freezing. Sims electrical scheduled an estimate right away and came the next day first thing in the morning to fix the issue. They contacted an inspector as well as consumers, and had a new 200 amp panel installed and power back on within hours. We were very impressed with the guys who did the job for us. Thank you to Lucas, Kenny, Brandon, Brian and Nate. They were very thorough and professional. They definitely know what they are doing.
