Had a Generac generator installed. Sims Electric handled all of it for me. Their employees are highly professional from the office folks to the installers. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Sims for any and all electrical needs.
They were fantastic. My furnace died during the coldest week we have had in months. Sims Electric was able to come out quickly for a diagnostic test and to inform me that I needed a new furnace. They installed a new one the next day. The entire crew was professional and courteous. I had one small issue with the thermostat that was installed and they sent someone right back out to correct it. The level of customer service I received from the installers (Mark and Justin) to the office (Beth) was above and beyond. They really know how to take care of their customers.
