Nic was outstanding, friendly, very helpful and informative and did an excellent job, went above and beyond to help me, I will definitely be using them again in my future plumbing needs.
We had a pipe burst causing water damage, Roto Rooter was quick to respond and dispatched Nic the same day. Nic has been a huge help during the process. We also had a fantastic experience with the mitigation crew - Robert, Corey and Steven. Everyone made this extremely stressful experience more manageable. They’ve taken time and care explaining and going through everything with us and insurance. I highly recommend them.
There is nothing worse than being in a house with nine family members And discovering first thing in the morning on Saturday that your drain is clogged. I was so grateful that Nick came out same day to unclog the drain.
