From beginning to end, my exam felt more like a visit with friends. Dr. Hillis took the time to explain everything and truly listened by looking right at you instead of the computer. All of the staff at MyEyeDoctor made you feel at ease and made the whole process enjoyable!

front desk staff not on top of things. 3 different times I was supposed to recieve a call and never did, no apologies.daughters glasses supposed to arrive in a week....order never put in. After order put in a week later, I never received a call when they arrived.

I was seen at the Battle Creek office. They did a great job explaining everything to me. Excellent staff helped with every aspect of the process. When all was said and done I left feeling knowledgeable about my exams and eye ware selection. There was an issue with the labs but the all incident more then maid up for the issues. I recommend them 100%.
