Faith provide great guidance on pros and cons of the different flooring options and suggested the tile we eventually selected. Installation went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier

I'm currently a little frustrated. I set up an appointment with Beverly for today at 5:30pm. We weren't contacted and she didn't show up so I just called to see what an ETA might be. I was told she was out sick today and our appointment wasn't written in the calendar. This is highly frustrating to me considering the initial company we tried getting to do a quote for us also no called no showed and I told her about this when we set up our appointment. I understand that things come up, but I feel like a quick phone call could've been made. I have rescheduled for Thursday. Hopefully that works out as I would like to update my review to something positive.

It was a pleasure dealing with this business. Alissia and Faith could not have been more helpful to make sure I was happy from the start through the finish. Nick and Mike were also incredible, (the carpet layers), professional and quick. I will go back for any future needs. Thank you all so much........Gwen
