I have severe anxiety, and the last stylist I had cut my hair did not do what I wanted, I even walked out with tears. I swear I was meant to go to Lanna. When I took a chance and called. After a few rings I figured it was busy, so I would call back to schedule an appointment. I quickly got a call back from her asking if I meant to call. And I got scheduled. When I got there I expressed my last experience ended in tears and that was why I was looking for somewhere new to go. I found her here on google. She listens well and understood the assignment. Lol. My biggest mistake was going to Sally's instead of going to a salon. I was leaving for vacation in a week and my hair was a bleached out, overtoned, banded mess! I went to Lana's and she was able to squeeze me in the day before I had to leave. She worked for alittle over3 hours and it came out great. I am so grateful she took me in. Thanks!
