Based on the reviews, Lakeview Dental Care has a mix of feedback. The staff are described as some of the nicest, caring and experienced people. They genuinely care about their patients and accommodate every aspect of appointments. The dentist was very kind and patient, and a patient said he was a very good dentist. The office is very fast and sufficient, with 0 pain after a visit. However, customer service sucks and the front desk lady is standoffish and rude. The dental hygienist is nice, but figuring out appointments and schedules sucks.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pantalena with Lakeview Dental Care. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome and genuinely cared for which is rare to find in a dental office.
Their Hygienists are thorough, gentle, and takes the time to actually explain what they're doing and why, which makes a huge difference if you're someone who gets a little anxious about dental visits. They never rush and always checks in to make sure I'm comfortable throughout the cleaning.
