Kevin Morros was so great he found the problem with our furnace!! Was so knowledgeable and he was great!! Telling us and showing us everything he was doing and letting us know what the problem was!! Thank you so much now we have heat!!
My husband and I have used them twice, so far. I think they honestly want what is best for their customers. They were the 2nd quote we received (for a furnace). The first company wanted to sell what they needed to move in their warehouse. CTI was very easy to work with and we will use their company anytime we need their services! Our 2nd purchase was a Bradford White water heater. Our old one (same brand) lasted about 15-16 years.
I received an email just ahead of my scheduled appointment. Shortly after Mason Moore arrived and right on time. He went right to work and quickly identified the problem. As he worked he also educated me on how my system works. It’s obvious that Mason is an expert in his field. I would say there is a noteable difference between CTI Mechanical and other contractors I have used previously.
