The entire staff at Bachman Hebble provided amazing comfort and support during the funeral preparations for our father recently. I appreciated the compassion and patience Josh Faucey showed to my stepmother and to me. I particularly liked how he moved the appointment along at my stepmother's pace, not his agenda. He was astute in providing periods of time where my stepmother and I could discuss choices in private as well as answering our financial questions with frankness and honesty. Not over or underselling, we walked out knowing that the best choices were made with correct and concise information.
I give your business the highest regard and praise for providing the ability to see my family from afar . I was not able to attend the fine homegoing services of my Aunt Ollie Gene Freeman in Battle Creek on 3/25/2020. Another prior event posed a huge dilemma for my physical attendance. I had heard that zoom and such were being offered due to the plandemic but coming from Baldwin Michigan I am familiar from past how slow to 'no' services are and produce are to flow to those more remote places.
