My Wife and I just got married here on Halloween and I got to say we could not choose a better spot! The venue is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff was amazing to work with.
First the Venue:
The Reception deck has wall coverings for bad weather like wind, rain and snow. The Deck has heaters/fireplaces available to keep it warm as the night goes on.
The Ceremony location is beautiful and visible from the deck so some of our older/less mobile family members did not need to struggle to be part of the ceremony. The ceremony location below the deck has sprawling nature and water behind it that adds to the atmosphere.

Bridal Shower, Sunday, July 20th. We rented the Anderson Great Hall and the Hendy conference room (2nd floor). Connie was absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was awesome and Connie even gave my 84 year-old mother her personal phone number, in case she got lost on the way to the party. Connie went above and beyond! Kyle (Chef) made excellent food, and Candy (bartender) did an awesome job. Everyone enjoyed the shower and spoke highly of the venue. I would strongly recommend an event here. Thank you to everyone! I was extremely pleased and am grateful.
Rented a room at the Wildlife Center this past weekend for a family member's Baby Shower. This is my second event that I've hosted here in the past couple of years. Connie was amazing and such a big help in making the day run smoothly. She was quick to reply and tentative to my needs. I would rent here again for sure.
