Called on a Monday to schedule an appointment to get my cat, Phantom, groomed. We scheduled for the following Wednesday.Phantom has gotten a little large and is unable to groom herself fully. She had clusters of matted fur along her back near the base of her tail.In the Pink had arrived and within 30 minutes, you'd have never known she had any matted fur. They did such a fantastic job I can't even see the what exactly was done. The matted fur is gone and her fur still looks even all around. Not even random bald patches or sections of fur that are visibly shorter.I love the results and would like to see how well they do my dog next. We had to say goodbye to our 16 year old kitty today, they got us in the same day we called.Dr.Torres, Donna and Melissa were absolutely amazing. My 2 younger children wanted to be there we discussed what would happen, and Melissa and Donna were great with everything from explaining everything that would happen to letting us have time with her after she passed. I can't Thank you all enough for the compassionate care you gave to Gabby, and for taking into consideration that 2 kids were present. I will definitely be using In The Pink as our primary Vet now. Thank You from The White Family
