Called this company. Horrible customer service. Im telling them there is no issues and want to know the cost to flush it.. its regular yearly flush. Theybsaid they have to send a technician for 50 bucks to diagnose my flushing 😳 uhm.. what?!?! Yeah. Obviously 0 stars would be too many for a company that doesn't understand yearly maintenance in a field THEY are supposed to be experts in. Bad form

Whole Experience: Asked the lady on the phone what the cost was to get someone out to have a look. She said they would go over all the costs with me before they do anything
Jason came out, had a look and then said I owed a $60 trip charge without telling me that before
Jason was a cool enough guy but his equipment wasn’t working that day when he tried to scope my drain line. I get it things happen so we agreed he’d come back the next day to scope and try and unclog it.
After he tried again he said nothing was clogged and didn’t see anything on the scope. He assured me he’d send me the videos and the pictures of the scope, which I never got. He also had to cut off my main sanitary line cap because he couldn’t unscrew it but promised he’d bring me another one, which I never got.
I called the office and let them know I still needed the cap that I was promised and Jason didn’t respond to my text. They assured me that they’d get it all sorted but I still haven’t heard from anyone and it’s been a couple weeks.
I thought with all the great reviews Z’s would be a good solution for me. Unfortunately it appears they were not

The handle on our kitchen faucet had started loosening and becoming difficult to control smoothly during everyday use. We hired a plumber to replace the worn handle and inspect the internal components while everything was disassembled. The repair took under an hour. Compared to before, the faucet operates much more smoothly and feels sturdier overall. Water flow adjustments are easier now, and the updated handle improved the appearance of the sink area at the same time. It’s a small repair that made a surprisingly noticeable difference in daily kitchen use.

Needed some help figuring out a gas leak during a dryer installation. Our tech was awesome and responded very quickly. The issue is now resolved!
