I called WeDRY when our basement flooded based on stellar reviews and was not disappointed! I didn’t realize when I called, but the owner used to own a different restoration company I used many years ago and had the best experience. So glad to have found his new company, because it was the same excellent experience. It’s not fun when your basement is full of sewage, but the WeDRY team was fair and transparent with pricing and insurance, courteous, communicative and careful with our belongings. I hope to never have to use them again, but if I do, it will be one part of a bad situation I will know is being handled well.

weDRY restoration was VERY quick to respond to my initial call and arrived the next day for water mediation in my basement. The communication throughout the process was top-notch; weDRY worked with me daily until services were complete in-home. weDRY also worked directly with my insurance to explain the billed services and advocate for the reconstruction costs. All of my reconstruction costs were covered due to their diligent and thorough work. Overall, I was VERY impressed with weDRY (zero complaints), and highly recommend them.
