You never "want" to call a company such as Wedry but if you have a problem, This is the company you "NEED" for the project. The company shows up as a Team & operates as a TEAM. Even the new hires perform with accuracy. Due to the severity of my project I got to know them well and treated them as family ?. I'm kind of sad to see them go! If ever needed again, WeDry will be the only phone call!
Very punctual and professional. All furniture was move to basement in very systematic fashion. Draws were remove and placed on risers on top of plastic. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Every procedure was explain in simple terms and all questions were answered. The we dry protocol was followed throughout process. I would recommend them to others. I took a video of family room and everything was covered very well also. I would say they went beyond my expectations.
So thankful to Vincent and his team who had to come out and help me during two back to back floods in my basement during these unprecedented rainfalls. Vincent was on the phone with me at 10 o’clock at night when I called him panicking because the flooding started again and all his equipment was going to be damaged. He was more worried about my safety and told me to go upstairs and not worry about the equipment. I am so grateful for WeDry restoration!Service: Flood restoration
