I've had water damage after my water heater failed right on April 1st. The whole team that had been working to help restore my home was truly amazing. Tai my project manager is a wonderful lady who kept me informed and visited every time work got done to be sure it was done right. Anthony Wood, my carpenter did so well at making any repairs look like they had always been there. The inventory people, Ryan and Gage, had helped pack all my stuff personally helped me move my lizards terrarium to an unaffected room so she didn't have to be spooked by the future repairs. If any problems that life will eventually be throw at me pop up, im calling for them again.
As an insurance agent, I am very conscious of who I refer my clients to for restoration or clean up after a loss. I personally have used Concraft when my basement flooded. Not only were they professional, but they were very kind and on top of the job at all times. Our rep, Drew Youngston, is constantly checking in to see if we have problems or issues.
