One of the best jobs I ever had Pros and cons tho Pros good pay and always reliable unless it's the winter and you have to get unemployment Cons winters days could be 24 hour shifts and your cold and exhausted but still get a call two hours later after you just got off Pat is a great owner tho and he definitely cares about his employees Everyone trys their best for those bonuses in the winter the rules go If you don't miss more then 3 days of winter work then you get a bonus Con so many drug addicts that are the temporary workers for the winter people that come off the streets an are high on hard... read full review

My first time work for this company was last night ....and it was amazing...great people and I had fun...that the kind work I like...waiting to see if get call tonight ...just to work..

Not a customer but an employee for winter snow plowing. As an employee the management is great and cares for us and our customers. All the guys are always talking about doing the job as if it were there own building or home which says a lot about the company mentality as a whole. This is a great company that takes pride in there employees, customers and quality work.
