My son had his eye exam here today. Penny was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Roney was fantastic. All the staff are amazing and made him feel very comfortable. Thank you all so much ❤️
I always have the best experience with the staff at the Sam club’s optical department. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always always willing to help. I brought a pair of frames in with me to have my lenses removed from another pair of glasses and put into The new frames. They gladly took them to the back room. Let me do some of my other shopping when I came back to pick them up, They were ready and in perfect perfect condition. I am so grateful to them. There’s another young lady there. I believe she was a manager, but she’s not in the picture, she was outstanding and was the tech that went out of her way to help me .

I brought in a prescription from another optical place I was having issues with. Elbrea (I hope I spelled it right) was extremely helpful & went above & beyond to get my contacts ordered. Knowing I was in a hurry for them, she noted on my order to call me ASAP. This young lady is an asset to Sam's Club. She is very professional, kind & I will come here from now on.
