James was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of my questions/concerns and pointed out the issues with my furnace and why they potentially happened. Looking forward to seeing him in the future to do the repairs.
What a great experience we had with this team! We had an old pipe break and flood out a portion of our basement & a significant clog in a main pipe. Everything was resolved and cleaned up within 1.5 hours. Their on call team saved us a lot of grief on a Monday night!
I usually don't do reviews but after the great experience I had I knew I had to do one. I called many other plumbers to get quotes after my water heater went and Sandison was the best place by far with price and with customer service! They called and kept me updated through the whole process as I had to work and have someone else there while they installed it. They found a few things out of code that they were able to resolve and help me with while giving a great price on everything. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family for not only plumbing needs but any heating and cooling also!!
