I took my dog to them after not believing another emergency vet. The people we polite and compassionate. My dog was passed being able to recover. The staff informed me of this after a quick look at my best friend. They didnt try to run a bunch of tests knowing that the health impacts were not recoverable. This was was first time visiting and without treatment but I believe this to be an honest place.
This place was very good with care for our fur baby the explained test and possible outcomes and I left feeling informed and empowered. I would definitely recommend this location for your fur babies care.
We took our little 5.5 lb dog, Jazzy, there on a Saturday evening because she has renal disease and had some diarrhea , and then she was straining and only blood was coming out. She lost quite a bit of blood and wouldn't eat. We had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room.Because they had other emergencies more critical than ours , which I understand. When we finally got seen, the vet was very nice and since her vitals were normal, they treated her for gastrointestinal upset. That was a huge relief ! The next day she is feeling better, no more diarrhea or blood, so far. Thank you!
