“Absolutely amazing service! William explained everything in great detail and even gave me a bunch of tips on how to clean our carpets better with having puppies. I was amazed at how clean my carpets came especially in my master bedroom where my dogs are at alot. Unfortunately we had an emergency half way through with our dog and had to leave and when we came home later that night, our house smelled so good. We have to keep our carpets cleaned yearly to keep our warranty and I'll definitely be using B&D Carpets each time! Highly recommend!“
