“Starting with the positives — the cleans themselves have consistently been good, which is ultimately what you’re paying for. The pricing is on par with competitors, maybe even slightly lower, and the team is always very nice and professional in all communication.

However, since beginning monthly service, every appointment has had one cleaner cancel last minute and become suddenly unavailable. We book expecting two cleaners, but have only had one each time. This could impact the depth and efficiency of the clean and has been frustrating.

Additionally, there have been schedule change requests almost every time. While they’re often minor, there have been instances where the changes significantly disrupted my plans.

The quality of the work is good, but the ongoing staffing and scheduling inconsistencies make it difficult to decide whether continuing the service is worth it.“

“What can I say. This is the second home in two weeks I have had Nu-Way out due to a move. I have used them since maybe 2005? As always my carpet is resurrected after each cleaning. LOL I requested Eric to come back to our second home. His attention to detail is amazing. This is his craft and he knows exactly what needs to be done! In my other home I used the deodorizer, sanitizer and Stain-guard. My carpet always has a nice texture to it with NO feeling of leftover residual! I recommend the deodorizer and stain guard. If you have animals or are moving to another “ New to you “ home I sanitize my rugs too! I had a cat that had bladder stones and he stoped using his kitty litter and used the finished basement and my chair and a half. I had Nu-way do the basement and furniture with the works: cleaning,stain guard , deodorizer and sanitizer. There was no residual Odor in the carpet nor the fabric chair and a half. I had an appointment in the window for the cleaning staff to arrive, so I left the door open, but I notified the Cleaning Authority late. The cleaning staff come in and completed much of the house before I got back.
