Absolutely amazing service! William explained everything in great detail and even gave me a bunch of tips on how to clean our carpets better with having puppies. I was amazed at how clean my carpets came especially in my master bedroom where my dogs are at alot. Unfortunately we had an emergency half way through with our dog and had to leave and when we came home later that night, our house smelled so good. We have to keep our carpets cleaned yearly to keep our warranty and I'll definitely be using B&D Carpets each time! Highly recommend!
They did our wedding photos and they turned out amazing! I would recommend them for any photos you need taken.

This week north of the hospital in Lapeer we had a major blast of straight line wind. It blew over a large double trunk pine that just missed an older neighbors house. It did wrench all the electric connections off her house. Her D-in-law went on FB and got several recommendations for JEM Electric. Roberta called, told him the problem and he rearranged his afternoon schedule to come to Lapeer to reattach to the house. Important because it MUST be done as DTE doesn't do that part of the job. DTE came out yesterday and they pulled the line out from under all the trees, tossed it over and hooked it up. Betty has power. Thanks to JEM Electric and the two DTE guys that got it done!! Spectrum cable is the next needed repair. And contacted Adam of Shiver Tree Service to clear her yard!

Such a beautiful event venue! Kim and her staff are all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Kim made planning so easy. She truly wants her guests to feel at home and enjoy their special day. The caterer she uses accommodated some custom menu requests and answered some allergy concerns we had, and everything was delicious! We had minimal set up required for our party due to how lovely she keeps the event space. Overall, just a wonderful experience working with Castle Creek!
