Also, they fixed a couple of plumbing issues, and connected an ice maker.
They have been responsive to our calls. Will use them again.“

Only issue is that they need to hire more technicians so can serve people in the area more efficiently. Labor shortage is probably a common issue in this region, but if you have any plumbing heating related problems, you can count on them.“

“Am 1100 miles south of a home year round with heat - a pump failed on the boiler - wifi hook up to Northern indicated an issue - within an hour we’re on there way to the Harbor Jan 22 in the bad weather to replace - A call to me to alert and to learn if there was the first step. Did check wifi temp and had dropped a few degrees since the morning - four hours later all normal! Kudos!“
