I had such a great experience here and I’m seriously so grateful!!! I came in with a super last minute alteration, less than a week before my event, fully expecting them to say no. Instead, the owner chose to help me just out of kindness, which she absolutely did not have to do. She got my dress done right on time and it turned out amazing. You can tell she really cares and takes pride in what she does. I would 100 percent recommend coming here. I’ll definitely be back!
Amazing. 100/10 would always say go here. I came here in a panic over my wedding dress and got the best customer service ever. Not only were they the only tailor in town that would actually talk to me, they took me dress on a time crunch and made it better than I could have imagined for my wedding. This is even after other alterations places told me it was a “lost cause” and “there was nothing they could do” but West Gate Tailors took on the job and made it better than it was. It fit PERFECT and I couldn’t be more thankful. I will always send everyone I know this way because you won’t get better customer service or results.
I brought in my daughter’s prom dress to be shortened, and they did an amazing job! Even with a tight schedule, they got it done perfectly—just the right length, great quality work, and very reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, professional, and really attentive.
