Early July we ordered two varsity jackets for my twin granddaughters. As of today, Oct. 14 we are still waiting. We have called repeatedly with no answer, contacted the surrounding businesses and contacted management with no reply from Linda Colby. My son hung a note on the door and received no reply. Unfortunately we provided varsity letters, medals, stripes etc to the owner, Linda, when we placed our order.. One medal is not replaceable i understand.. At this point I would be happy just to have the girls letters and awards returned so we could go elsewhere. We don't know what to do at this point or who else to contact. We're looking for contacts or suggestions.... read full review
