I came in for a consultation and Emery was so kind and patient with all of my questions. She was super knowledgeable and reassuring considering I have never gotten extensions before. I am looking forward to my appointment!

Ariel worked an absolute miracle!!I called this salon immediately after a botched eyebrow wax at a different salon (1st photo in each set; left side is wayyyy too long compared to the right and the right eyebrow now has a bald spot in the center and the arch was gone). The Lash Lounge was able to get me in that night to attempt to fix them before a wedding I was attending the following day. Ariel was really careful to plan the correction and also seeking the second opinion of a colleague prior to doing any work. Every time I come in I’m shocked at the difference. I get my brows threaded and my eye lashes tinted black once a month with Imara and it’s always such a seamless, comfortable experience. And everyone is so nice and professional which makes it even easier to keep coming back.
