Stephanie was so helpful in choosing frames - I’ve never had such an easy experience finding what I wanted. And Dr Christiansen is thorough and helpful in answering all of my questions. Great as I am having more issues as I move into the 50’s.

Overall very good experience. The optometrist is very nice and patient. She cares about the patients’ comfort. The parking lot is at a busy area so be careful when driving there, but overall I recommend this clinic

I have only been living in this area for a short amount of time, but after living in several areas of the nation.. I have to say this facility has some of the nicest customer service employees I have ever met. I was treated with kindness. My services were not rushed. The front desk ladies and Dr. James-Fenn were phenomenal. I was impressed with Dr. James-Fenn’s bedside manner and person-ability. The facility was well kept and I liked the selection of glasses Thank you for everything.
