Purchased an Amazon Local deal for a manicure. I texted to set up an appointment but was just told "I am not in on that day" with no suggestions of another time or her regular hours. I asked for a different day a week later, and she never responded. I took that as a sign of the type of customer service this person would offer if I actually went in and requested a refund from Amazon. I was given a full refund, which I'm thankful for. This place appears to have terrible customer service. Pass!

Purchased a Groupon for deep condition, cut & style. Stylist seemed rushed even though I arrived on time. Did not receive deep condition. From a technical standpoint my cut was done well but the style is not at all flattering.
