We have had our dryer duct and now our full HVAC system and what a difference!! So much less dust since they came!! They arrived on time, were efficient and explained everything and then left things clean!
Nate and Basel from Royalty Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning did a great job. They explained the process well and showed footage of before and after and I feel mentally better now after seeing all of the junk that was cleaned up from the service. There was also a recording available so we could see everything that was sucked up from the cleaning process and I’m feeling great now knowing I can breathe from clean air ducts. 5/5 I would recommend again.
Basel and his co- worker were efficient and thorough in setting up. They were respectful of my pets and I am happy with the job they did. My one concern was leaving the aluminum cut outs( from the duct) just sitting on the cement floor. The sharp edges could have caused a problem.
