TLDR: Robert Half was recommended to us as a resource for filling a position at my company but they failed twice in a row and wasted our time.Overall the experience was a lot of selling and not a lot of sourcing/screening applicants. I know this because the first person they sent us did not show up for work on the first day of their contract. Their replacement took longer than I expected it would, and they lied on their resume while also somehow blatantly plagiarizing from the web. This person also missed work at least every other day and had some serious issues going on obviously. I cannot speak to any of the negative reviews on here, but I can say that from my personal experience with Robert Half, I could not be happier. Krysta and Kyle has been great. Very positive. Very responsive. Constantly calling to keep up with how things are going and asking for feedback. Everything moved very quickly and smoothly. I was hired by a company within 1 week of their first contact and was paid promptly for my work.

I don;t know how this place stays in business. They are rude to you when you call them. They lost my resume after I took it to them. They never return phone calls. Don't even waste your time with this place. They are THE most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with.My suggestion to this company is to try to hire people who will be nice to applicants who come in seeking help finding work. People like myself spent a lot of money, time, and effort earning degrees in accounting and we deserve to be treated a little better by your agency, You could at least return phone calls and not lie to people. Maybe you could try to be nice.
