Nice instruments but their billing/finance department is - while friendly - perhaps the most disorganized I have ever seen. They actually applied our credit card number to someone else's account. To their credit they ultimately did recognize and rectify the problem, with some prodding and assistance.
Amazing selection of bows and violins. I learned more about myself and what type of sound I'm looking for after going through their selection process. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
