Was super knowledgeable, extremely polite, kind and very courteous. He did exactly what he said he was gonna do while explaining everything in detail. Sam came out for the 2-week recheck and made a thorough check of the impacted areas and answerred all my questions. He was very professional and efficient during his visit. It was also very good service to have the consistency of the same technician on the follow-up visit since he knew and recalled the initial problems from his original inspection and spraying mitigation efforts from Proof.Pest Control. The Company's technician most definitely provides superior customer service.
