I carefully researched spas prior to choosing Procerus primarily due to my first meeting with Samantha, the manager, who took the time to fully explain the various treatments and products. I was so impressed with Samantha’s wealth of knowledge regarding research related to products at the salon. She is always available to address any questions or issues that I may have. I admire and respect her. Samantha makes me feel special because of her genuine kindness and compassion. Samantha is truly exceptional! Love, love, love Jozelyn! Professional, honest, educated; yet down to earth, as she is very warm and sensitive to any concerns that I have. I am just thrilled with the results from Ultherapy Jozelyn performed. I trust her opinion and expertise. Jozelyn is a perfectionist with an eye for aesthetics. She is my go-to girl!! My first experience with Nadia was Dermaplaning and Hydrafacial. Wow! Nadia made it a comfortable and relaxing occasion while polishing my face radiantly smooth. I highly recommended these treatments. Just a quick mention about Lena. I stopped in to ask a question and Lena (who I hadn’t met previously) greeted me enthusiastically offering to help. It doesn’t get better than that! I positively recommend Procerus Skin Care. Why? I had THE best dermaplane + hydrafacial EVER from Devin. I've had many, and you don't usually get the full facial experience. She was amazing, beyond thorough, and took such time and care to make me feel relaxed and pampered. I walked out of there glowing, and received so many compliments for days after. She's my final stop for this treatment, and she could not be sweeter <3
