Absolutely awful. I had a facial here a few weeks ago, and not sure I even want to go back. The room is disgusting. The towels, sheets, and pillows they used were completely filthy--full of hair and debris. Gross. Also, the pressure to buy overpriced skin care products is insane. The girl who did my facial spent the entire time complaining about the other employees. Completely unprofessional. Also, I was a few minutes late and she wouldn't do extractions, which is the point of getting a facial. She let me change in the room for literally ten minutes.

She also provides good suggestions to clear up breakouts and her facials are very relaxing. The front deal staff also seemed very friendly during my visit. The reason I didn't give 5 stars: Location- there are no signs in Macy's pointing you upstairs so it's not easy to find. I didn't even know Macy's HAD a salon until now. I also have to agree with the previous post that the massage/skin care room... read full review
