I used to love Stadium Opticians and have been a patient there for years. The past two times I've gone I have found the people working there rude and curt. The doctor that did my exam barely spoke and then when I tried to get the prescription sent over to Kellogg to make the progressives was told they hadn't done a glasses exam and I would need to schedule another exam. I specifically told them when scheduling AND to the doctor who did my exam that I was there to renew my contacts and get progressives. They eventually sent over a prescription to Kellogg and it is completely wrong. When I called today to ask for an appointment to have it double checked the man... read full review

Different optometrists cycle in and out, so it is the luck of the draw. The person fitting my glasses must have had a bad day as he threw different frames at me - I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
