They have fixed my dad's leather backpack that became mine, I don't know how many times my family has had shoes re-souled, and now I've taken my boyfriend's boots there and am very excited for them to be wearable again.

For 10+ years, though I don't come here often, I am so glad for the people here at this shop. I have been able to repair awesome old shoes I love, keeping them out of the trash. Just this week, Debbie and Todd were really great and generous with their time and labor, with helping me properly size + glue insoles on a favorite pair of sandals, without asking for any service fees. I really appreciate them, their craft, this shop.

What a great shoe repair shop. I come to this shoe repair often, mostly for heels. They are very nice people, had a zipper and heels replace. Did a fantastic job at a great price and my boots look new again. I am so thankful we have a great shoe repair Down Town Ann Arbor.
