This is the most unprofessional organization I have worked with regarding tax preparation. We needed support and were dragged on for nearly a month with one excuse after another as to why it wasn't done. We deserved an honest admission of their incompetence in handling our taxes. We had to finally pull our business from their office and go someplace else because the issue was pressing. If you have simplistic taxes, I am sure this is the agency for you. If anything is complicated, I suggest you look someplace else. And yes, I am referring to NHC Financial Services in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Feel free to contact me to understand why you shouldn't use them.
