my experience has made me feel so refreshed and renewed. Dr Nicole was so gentle and explained all the steps. I can't wait to go back for some other treatments! I highly recommend, especially if you're a newbie like me!
I've had filler and botox at several establishments. I came to Dr. O'Neil to fix an area with filler that has been problematic for over a year. Multiple injectors either weren't able to fix the area or dismissed the area that bothered me. Dr O'Neil fixed that area well. She saw the area I wanted fixed. she spent about 50 minutes with me, not rushing. Finally found a great injector who was able to meet my needs, did not dismiss me as being too picky. I'll be coming back for my upkeep. Beautiful, clean, cozy injecting room, great customer service, highly skilled and very attentive. so happy with results and care
Nurse injector Peggy is absolutely amazing. She is down to earth and a beautiful person inside and out. She truly cares about her patient's needs. I had never had any type of botox, or med spa treatments before. I had many questions. Peggy answered them all. Before I had any treatments she made me feel beautiful. Once she listened to my needs, and we decided on a treatment plan, Peggy explained everything she was going to do. I knew exactly what to expect, and there was no pain. When I was done, she provided me with after care information. She followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going. I love someone who cares enough about their clients to follow up and see how they are doing. She was genuinely happy that I was so much more confident in my own skin. I also wanted to try a few skin care products. Peggy made a lip balm, and face lotion suggestion which I incorporated into my daily routine. My skin has never looked better. Thank you Peggy for making me feel at ease and comfortable. I am so incredibly grateful for how good you have made me feel about myself. If you are looking for a down to earth amazing human, to listen to you needs. Peggy is definitely your girl.
