JNS Facility Maintenance

I'd give 10 stars if I could! During a recent storm, our basement flooded. I called Matt at JNS, and he sent someone within an hour (at 10pm no less!!!). When Mo arrived, he was courteous and compassionate, and he got the job done. They even came back with additional equipment the following day. We'd recently remodeled the basement, and I was so worried everything would be ruined (and we don't have enough insurance to cover if it were). Thanks to JNS, we got things dried in time to prevent a much worse outcome. So deeply grateful and I highly recommend hiring JNS water-related cleanup.

University.(where Pinball Pete's is)I just wanted to reach out & tell you how impressed I am with Victor. He's been here forever & is always thorough & in a great friendly mood. If he ever sees a repair he will let me know.This is extremely helpful considering he's in places more often than I am, such as women's restrooms for example.He just recently found an entry door handle on the ground that someone had broken off of the door(a pretty expensive one too) & left it in my maintenance room for me. Matt, Frank, and Abdul are absolutely wonderful! Really appreciate their professional attitude and quick responses to our company's particular needs - especially during the craziness of 2020.
