Mary is genuinely the best hair stylist i’ve ever had. She’s so personable and really pays attention to what you’re looking for. I’m really particular about my hair and she just gets me. 5 stars for sure
Mary did an excellent job with my medium length curly hair! From the moment you walk in you know you are in good hands. They offer you a complimentary beverage and they do a coat check as well. Mary’s station was in the basement next to the hair salon and even though you would expect it to be a gloomy down there they kept the space brightly lit and still looks as polished as it does upstairs. The receptionist at the front was very sweet and checked me in and out with efficiency. All staff members clearly care about the space because they were cleaning the wet floor after a few guests had walked in with wet shoes from the snow. Such a great salon! Today was my 3rd time getting my color and cut by Rikki, and I walk out every time loving my hair and the whole experience. Rikki is so sweet and talented.
She makes me feel so comfortable. I have no worries that she will execute exactly what I want. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
