Hellomed, especially Dr. Moon-chul Kim, helped complete my documents very quickly and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.
Hands down the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Recently I fell ill and needed to be seen quickly. I had visited the Plymouth Rd location in the past, but this new location on Ann Arbor Saline Rd was more convenient for me on this occasion. Walk in or schedule online (I scheduled), and I had no wait once my time came. I was seen immediately and within 30 minutes of entering Meijer, I was leaving with my prescription in hand. The staff was friendly and professional, the location is clean and welcoming, and I felt immediately at ease here. Highly recommend!
