My stylist extraordinaire, Virginia, transitioned to the Maple Village location in Ann Arbor, MI last year. While I’ve been a long-time Great Clips customer, I’ve never experienced such a lively and fun atmosphere. The staff are personable, charismatic and treat you like family. The salon’s manager, Amy, has been a pleasure to connect with and really sets the tone for the impressive culture. Got right in (tried to get on wait list with a phone call- no dice) stylist was nice however; I had a coupon off my phone [took a picture of a paper one] was pulled into a whole conversation about it. To the point that it was accusatory. Yes, I am a vintage girl - but, I still have my wits ! I knew the salon's name. And, its location. However, THAT Great Clips supposedly has a different owner.

The details kept about my preferences are very effective. Whoever cuts my hair does a nice job. It's a pleasant place in all respects, both the neat environment and friendly people. I always recommend Maple Village Great Clips to anyone who asks.
