Had a wonderful experience at this location. Got a trim on my hair, Pam was my stylist she was great: made polite conversation, was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I used the online check and was in-and-out, in approximately 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend.

My wife got a haircut at this location. She did not particularly like it. Employees could not get the coupon she had to work in the computer system. My wife returned shortly later & more work was done. My wife thought the second effort was an improvement but was not happy with end results.

I was in Ann arbor for vacation and we had extra time one morning. I brought my son in to great clips for a quick haircut and they did fantastic. There was no wait so we were helped right away. The woman who cut my son's hair did a really good!
